Return and Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Custom-made or personalized abayas are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Custom or personalized abayas.

 

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service at [fnsales.marketing@gmail.com] within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Exchange Authorization: Our team will provide an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions.
  3. Return the Item: Send the item back in its original condition and secure packaging. Items must be unworn and include all tags.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your abaya arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

 

5. International Exchanges

For international customers:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping and customs charges.
  • Exchanges will be processed in the original currency of purchase.
